Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

• The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost/misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
• Fitness Stacks LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
• Fitness Stacks LLC is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)

• No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
• We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. 
• Apparel, including yoga pants are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
